Our Concepts
Integration, not intensity.
We don't promise transformation. We don't sell enlightenment. We believe life already works — it just needs small, intentional adjustments. Like tuning an instrument. Small shifts in breath, movement, attention, and the people around you create a completely different experience of life over time.
Presence
Breathwork and cold exposure that pull you out of your head. Not meditation retreats. Just 10 connected breaths that change your state in minutes.
Movement
Yoga, hiking, stretching, dance, HIIT. Your body moves every day — not to perform, but to feel alive. Many adults over 30 go years without sprinting. We fix that.
Nature
We pick locations where the landscape does half the work. Arctic forests, volcanic coastlines, alpine trails. Less phone, more default mode network.
Nourishment
Private chef. Real food. Eaten slowly, on purpose. We use a 15-minute timer — you can't finish before it ends. Simple rule, surprisingly hard.
Connection
Small groups, shared discomfort, fire circles, no small talk. The friendships that form when you've just done a frozen lake dip together tend to stick.
Vitality
Cold plunges, saunas, sprints, deep breaths. You come back with a protocol — not just a memory. Tools that work on a normal Tuesday.
These aren't retreat-only ideas. Before Retune Club was anything, it was two people doing breathwork between meetings and journaling on the train. It worked. So we started sharing it.

Who We Are
We're not full-time retreat hosts.
We're full-time humans, working in tech, managing projects, meeting deadlines, and navigating the same busy world as everyone else.
Retune Club was born from that reality, not from an escape but from integration.
We wanted to prove that practices like breathwork, journaling, and movement aren't weekend luxuries; they're survival skills for modern life.
Over the years, we've learned to weave these rituals into our everyday: between meetings, during commutes, and in moments that used to feel overwhelming.
They made us sharper, calmer, more creative, almost like superhumans built for the chaos of modern life.
Retune Club became our blank canvas.
A space to practice what makes us feel alive — and share what actually works.
